UO Day at the Capitol 2025

Join fellow UO students, faculty, and alumni leaders to advocate for the University of Oregon and higher education funding! Your voice is crucial in the fight to make college more affordable, accessible, and equitable. Help us secure funding for UO programs, support student basic needs, and champion legislation that strengthens public universities in Oregon. By meeting with legislators, you can share why affordable college matters to you while gaining valuable advocacy experience. You'll also connect with other students and alumni and learn about the legislative process firsthand.

When: Thursday, April 24th 2025
Where: Oregon State Capitol, Salem
Transportation: Provided from Eugene—depart the Ford Alumni Center at 9:45 AM, return by 6:00 PM 
Virtual Training Session: Monday, April 21st 2025, from 5:00–6:00 PM
